Return

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at shopkurashi.nl@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
